Can you please point me to where the example project showing how to use the DotNet dll is?  I can't seem to find it.

It took me a while to figure out where the solutions/projects are also.

C:\KMotion433c\PC VC Examples\BuildExamples\BuildExamples.sln is a solution that, while it resides in the VC Examples folder, encompasses the VB.net projects in C:\KMotion433c\PC VB Examples.

PC VB Examples contains the actual vb.net projects.
PC VCS contains some CSharp projects.
PC VC contains some C Projects.

None of the projects (that I've found) compile to their own Debug/Release folders. Instead (most) place their executables in the C:\KMotion433c\KMotion\Debug|Release folders.
